It’s important to take a few minutes out of your day to count your blessings. Go out and buy yourself a cute notebook and take 10 minutes out of your day to write what you love in it!
Here is a simple 4 step guide line for you gratitude journal:
#1. Write down the current date and year.
#2. Write minimum 3 gratitude’s
#3. Send love to 3 people who are currently bugging you
#4. Draw out a horizontal like the left end being “Bad/Negative” and the right end being “Ecstatically Happy/Postive” add a star to the line of how you are feeling.
This is a simple habit to get into daily that will improve your happiness immensely, what is great about this process is that you always have a reference to look back on your life which will bring you to mindfulness when you choose what to write down.
